O-Series controls deliver total precision with 100 fully customizable cycles, up to 20 programmable stages each, 10 chemical injection ports, soak options, multiple agitation settings, and delayed start. The full-color display supports multi-lingual operation and built-in productivity reporting. For applications requiring precise temperature monitoring, heated washer models provide real-time temperature feedback to ensure every load reaches its target. Program and manage all settings through DexterLive, Dexter's free web-based application.

O-Series Express Plus models (T-675, T-975, T-1475) deliver higher extraction speeds — up to 300–400 G-force — removing significantly more water per load, reducing dry times, and driving measurable utility savings compared to standard Express models.

6-Cycle controls provide simple, reliable programmable operation with 6 preset cycles, 8 stages per cycle, and 4 chemical injection ports — ideal for operations that prioritize ease of use and straightforward training. Express 6-Cycle models offer 200 G-force extraction, while standard 6-Cycle models are available in 100G configurations for facilities that don't require high-speed extract.

Every Dexter hardmount washer is built with stainless steel tubs, cylinders, tops, fronts, and sides as standard. Heavy-duty bearings in cast iron housings and welded steel spiders are designed to withstand Dexter's rigorous 1,000-hour out-of-balance test running at maximum extract with an extreme out-of-balance load. Most models fit through a standard 36" doorway and can be installed with single or three-phase power.

The T-1800 (120 lb) is available with both O-Series and 6-Cycle controls, electric and steam heat options, and a front soapbox — making it the most versatile large-capacity hardmount washer in the Dexter on-premise line.
