How long will it take for me to receive the part I order?

We only sell genuine factory parts at Belenky.  Most parts are in-stock in our warehouse in Akron, Ohio and will ship same day on orders that are received before 2:00 p.m.  Special order parts from the factory must come to our warehouse first before shipping to you.  We can drop ship straight from the factory to OH, KY, MI, PA, WV, and IN.

What if I order the wrong part?  Will you take it back?

In most cases, you can just send the part back to us.  As long as it is in new condition and resellable by the manufacturer, we can take it back.  Electrical parts that have been installed on a machine are not returnable. 

I ordered an electrical part - a door solenoid.  I have had the experience of blowing the electrical part in the past when I installed it.  How can I make sure this will not happen again?

For electrical parts, make sure the voltage of the old part matches the voltage of the new part. All electrical replacement parts shipped today have specifications stamped on them.  Always double check the tag for specifications.  If the parts look the same, it does not mean the voltage is the same.  Our service department always double checks specs before installing any electrical parts.

The Part Number on the part does not match the Part Number on your site, but the parts look the same.  How do I make sure I am ordering the correct part?

There are literally thousands of part numbers that we deal with.  To ensure you are ordering the correct part, please call us with the full Model Number and Serial Number of the machine you are working on.  Without both of those numbers, you only have a 50% chance of receiving the correct part.

My laundry equipment includes a Speed Queen washer extractor.  The part I am looking at on your site is from Alliance and mentions Unimac.  Can I use this part?

This depends on the type of washer.  If it is a front load washer made by Unimac for Speed Queen then the part will work.  Alliance is the parent company of both Unimac and Speed Queen.  If you have a top load machine, it is made by Speed Queen and the part will not work. 

*Front Load washing machines are made by Unimac, but they could have labels that say: Speed Queen, Huebsch, or Unimac.
*Top Load washer extractors are made by Speed Queen, but they could have labels that say: Speed Queen, Huebsch, or Unimac.
